This event has two parts: First, an organizing and planning forum; second, a Visual Identity System (VIS) design workshop. The meeting was a hybrid one, combining online and offline participants. The deputy director-general of NTU Museums conveyed the plan to establish a school-level museum. Let participants (including students, staff, volunteers, alumni, and others who may be concerned) know about how TAIDA Museum has progressed with time and look forward to its prospect. For the workshop, we invited three design teams that meet the design of the prize-winning works to present their designs. We also invited the member of the committee to join the activity, giving professional feedback on the works proposed. The contents and details of 3 designs were also discussed for the VIS design of the TAIDA Museum.
TAIDA Museum Provisional Office collected opinions from our committee as well as members from NTU museums, we also held a public voting activity for the VIS designs. There were 997 participants who joined the vote, and 723 people were leaving their contact information for the further drawing activity. There were 10 participants randomly selected by computer, who won the face mask set from TAIDA Museum Provisional Office. The winners list presented as the following link: https://reurl.cc/0pGzRb
