Introduction

Since 2019, the National Taiwan University (NTU) TAIDA Museum has been preparing for its establishment. Over the past two years, organizing and planning forums have been held to introduce the museum's plans and progress to both internal and external audiences. In 2023, a series of activities will be held specifically for NTU faculty, staff, and students to discuss their ideas and potential collaborations for the NTU TAIDA Museum. The aim is to create a representative, professional university museum in Taiwan. The first event is for faculty, with subsequent events for staff and students to follow.

Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that Mr. Kaishyh Lin, the curator-in-chief of NTU Museum of Anthropology and associate professor in the Department of Anthropology of NTU, who previously served as the chief advisor for the "Imaginary Taiwan" joint exhibition comprising seven museums, will be the moderator for this lecture. Mr. Lin's presence will provide additional curatorial perspectives and facilitate engaging dialogue during the event.
